Our audits may include, but are not limited to:

Complete growth audit

These services involve manual review, account analysis, website checks, tracking review, campaign review, and professional recommendations.

Because this is a digital service that requires time, expertise, and manual work, refunds are only available under specific conditions described below.

 

    1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days after placing your order, as long as our team has not started working on your audit.

If you change your mind after purchasing, you should contact us as soon as possible.

If the audit work has not started yet, we may approve your refund request.

To be eligible for a refund:

The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
Our team must not have started reviewing your website, accounts, tracking setup, campaigns, or business information
No audit report must have been prepared or delivered
You must provide your order details and the email used during purchase

 

    1. Once Work Has Started

Once our team starts working on your audit, the order may no longer be eligible for a refund.

Work may include, but is not limited to:

Reviewing your website
Reviewing your Google Ads account
Reviewing your Meta Ads account
Reviewing your SEO performance
Reviewing your analytics or tracking setup
Checking conversion events
Checking landing page performance
Preparing notes, screenshots, findings, or recommendations
Creating your audit report

This is because our audits require manual work, professional analysis, and time from our team.

 

    1. Access Requirement

To complete your audit properly, you may need to provide access to the required platforms or information.

This may include access to:

Website or CMS
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Search Console
Landing pages
Tracking setup
Business information
Relevant marketing accounts

If you do not provide the required access or information within 7 days after placing your order, your refund eligibility may be cancelled.

In this case, we may either:

Complete the audit based on the limited information available, or
Mark the order as delayed due to missing access or missing information

Failure to provide access does not automatically guarantee a refund.

 

    1. Delayed Access or No Response

If we contact you for required access, clarification, or additional information and you do not respond within 7 days, your audit may be delayed.

If access is not provided within 7 days after purchase, Cleaners Growth and Trakio Digital LLC reserve the right to cancel refund eligibility because our team has reserved time and resources for your order.

We may still try to complete the audit using publicly available information, but the depth and accuracy of the audit may be limited.

 

    1. Completed Orders

Once the audit report has been prepared, completed, or delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

Completed orders are not eligible for a refund.

This applies even if:

You do not agree with the audit findings
You choose not to implement the recommendations
You no longer need the audit
You expected different results
You did not provide full access and the report was completed with limited available data

Our audit service is a professional digital service, not a physical product.

Once work begins, time and expertise are spent reviewing your business, accounts, website, or marketing setup.

For this reason, refunds cannot be guaranteed after work has started.

 

    1. No Guaranteed Results

Our audits are designed to identify problems, opportunities, and recommended improvements.

However, we do not guarantee specific business results, leads, sales, rankings, revenue, ad performance, or return on investment.

The audit provides professional recommendations based on the information available at the time of review.

Results may vary depending on your market, budget, website, offer, competition, implementation quality, and other factors outside our control.

 

    1. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the duplicate audit has not been started, we may refund the duplicate order or apply it toward another audit service.

 

    1. Incorrect Purchase

If you purchased the wrong audit type, contact us as soon as possible.

If work has not started, we may switch your order to the correct audit type instead of issuing a refund.

If work has already started, changes may not be possible.

 

    1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are happy to review your concern and provide clarification.

Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in restricted access to future services from Cleaners Growth or Trakio Digital LLC.

Refund processing times may vary depending on Stripe, your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

We do not control bank processing times after the refund has been issued.
